And so am I... God, what a freaking sad chapter... Anyway, I was just messing around with this tragic little picture and colored it in Jasc. Yay. Not so much... I didn't draw it, Masashi Kishimoto did, this is not my drawing... <_< I simply colored it.

Support the manga! Buy it in a couple of years when it comes to America, meanwhile, enjoy your scanlations with caution, mwahaha...

Very nice coloring, good job keeping the mood.

However, manga colorations are actually allowed, or any direct-editing of existing, copyrighted works.

If you redraw the general feeling of the original image, then color your own work, that's fine... but not using copyrighted material in your submission. Hope that makes sense.

Yeah... I didn't know how strict DA was on it when I posted it. I only take credit for the coloring though... and I recommend that viewers get the manga.

When it's published stateside, I'll think about taking it down more seriously...

That chapter came damn near making me cry... and since it, almost any picture of Shikamaru with a cigarette or with *unnamed person since some people haven't seen it* brings tears to my eyes. That's a pretty big thing for me, as I don't cry much.
